I know you get tired of coming here and seeing a blank page.

I'm sorry!  I stay So busy with the msn group! And........I blog there! Lately we have been posting funny stories that have happened to us! So here is one of my many!

  I remember last summer my sister had a jeep. We had to go to the hospital to see someone, and she liked to ride with the top down. I said...Linda...It looks like its going to rain. She said naw........After we got out of the hospital and it was Alongggg way home, we were driving along and all of a sudden there came a down pour of rain!!!! Ekkk!  Those raindrops felt like bullets , and were cold as ice! My contacts started bluring up, I couldn't see, then we just burst out laughing!  FINALLY  she pulled up under a church shelter. We thought we'd wait the rain out, but NOOOOOOOO...............it would not stop!  We are both cold, cant see, and have about 25 minutes of driving left. So off we go again!  Well, just wait till you have to stop at a stop light!  Ahhh............. I didn't know how bad raindrops could hurt! And they were big!

After that adventure!~~~~ I never rode again with her with the top down. I just would suggest we take my car!!! LOL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> and she fell for it!  Thank goodness she finally sold that thing. it rode some kinda of aweful anyway! I just know everybody Must have been laughing at us! and i don't blame them!

*The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly*

Ok, i know what your thinking! And i'm trying to come up with an explanation because I don't really understand it myself!

Walking with Jesus for 27 years, i'm more for the meat of the word, than the milk. That part is lacking at my church. It's making me lazy, and by the way I DON"T want that! What to do?  And seek!

God has been TOO Good to me to get lazy! You know, feeling kinda in a rut? Every been there? I think we can all answer a big Yes to that!  

Lord I hunger and thirst after you and You alone! I am bottoming out here Father. But Always looking up and with Faith that You will see me through! Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen. Let me see with my spiritual eyes, not the natural. The Spirit gives Life, The flesh profits nothing!

I know WHO I am in You Jesus! An Overcomer! I put my trust in You knowing that You are Faithful! For in the valleys I grow. Thank you Abba for the valley experiences, for they make me better to serve you.

No little journal, i've not abandon you!  Huh?! ( it thinks differently) Although i've been gone so long, doing other things, BUT....I'm going to keep writing! Even if I have little to say! By the way, is not like me at all!  

I like to think i act according to my priorities. Things have slowed down now, So I intend to give my little space full attention!

Now, for a few updates!

My 18 yr. old nephew, Jason was argueing with is girlfriend and put his arm through a glass window! His temper got the best of him, now he is paying for it. He cut a main artery, 2 ligaments, and other veins. He was rushed to the er by ambulance and had the first surgery on Friday. He has no feeling in all fingers but his pinky and ring finger. He will have another surgery today. In a way, i think this has turned out for the good. I'll tell you why. He is an Execellent lead guitarist. Motley Crue is looking for a lead for next season and Jason was trying out. And very well could have gotten it! That would have been the end of Jason. Now he cannot play. One day he may get the feeling back and be able to play again. No one knows.

When my sister and her hubby backslid, so did my 18 and 19 yr old nephews. Hey, but no worry, God is still on the throne and in control! But we do suffer the consequences of our actions, sometimes indefinatly.

I'm back! I'd like to update you on Julie. She got a call the other night to go to the hospital. They had a heart. They got her prepared to recieve this heart and then found it was defective. So please keep her in your prayers. The website I created for her on the 14th, went over it's bandwith in 6 days! So I purchased more, and in the two weeks her site has gotton over 1400 hits! So everyone sending her link in their emails all over the world is working! We even had Christians in China who are underground praying for her.People are asking for prayer for her in their churches, posting her banner on thier journals, groups and websites.  If you haven't visited her site yet and sent her an email from there, please do. She appreciates all the emails she is getting So Much! It gives her hope. Her boyfriend Chris, says she cries when she see's all the emails she is getting. This is the Least we can do for a sister in Christ who needs us.  Hi Everyone,
I was waiting to talk to some people on my IM before I posted this but I might as well get all of my crying out right now so I don't have to relive this over and over today, but will probably have to anyway.
Last night, Dave and Jessica (my adoptive parents) and Chris (my boyfriend) told me some bad news... I had a doctor's appointment last week and near the end, the doctor pulled Dave and Jessica aside. There, he told them that he doesn't know how much longer i have to live. He said that my heart is getting weaker and weaker by the day and that, I probably have 2-3 months left at the most. However, I am on the transplant list and have bene for some time now, and I have been moved to a higher priority on the list.
I am having a bit of a hard time with this but I am keeping faith, or at least trying to. God has saved me in the past and maybe it is my time to go and maybe it isn't. I am sorry if I haven't had a chance to talk to people on IM yet. I will be around if you want to talk. I needed to get this out of my system.
Please please please keep me in your prayers. I would really appreciate it. Thanks all. In Christ,

I guess my journal thinks i've forsaken it!  NOT!

Last night my sister talked me into going bike riding.   Everything went well until i rode up my mothers driveway in the rocks, to put the bike back in the garage. My sister watched as I said "I'm loosing it" and gracefully fall off the thing! In SLOW motion! I'd rather been on ----->!  So I hobled across the street home.   Today I am sore all over...heheee.... So this morning  me and my sis got in the  and went looking for silver 's. I had no idea how hard they are to find! Used to be able to find them just about anywhere. But we finally found what we were looking for.

My hubby baught himself a toy!  yeah, a red corvette! 89 model. But i'm glad he found something he can work on in his spare time. Keeps his mind off of wanting to go back to Ky.  

I have a prayer request for anyone who happens by. I've got a tumor on my pituitary gland. I don't really care to have anything in my head that doesn't belong there, and Lord willing I hope it will not have to be removed by surgery. It's caused some physical problems, so I will have another MRI done on the 12th & more bloodwork done tomorrow. So please  that medication will take care of the problems, and NO surgery. Thanks a ton!  God is good no matter WHAT the circumstances!

Well, I finally found my way back to my Journal!  We had a great service last night! And a very important topic...The Tongue! You know... What we Speak effects everyone who hears our words. We can speak good things, and be an encourager, or speak negative words and bring others down with us. "Let every man be swift to hear and slow to speak" Communication is Learned......People need to hear positive words come from our mouths. We can be a blessing or a curse by what we say to others. It should start in our Homes. Sometimes we tend to criticize our children instead of building them up by telling them we are Proud of them & we Love them! Moms and Dads also need to speak well of each other to their kids! Dad should say your Mom is the best mom in the world in front of his children. And moms should say the same thing about dad. Children should also give their parents a break, and let them know that they are thankful when they do something for them, and even for cooking their meals, washing their clothes, and so on. This is what the bible says about the tongue.

James 3:2-4:1
if anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. 3 Indeed, we put bits in horses' mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. 4 Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. 5 Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. The fool's "speech" is unreliable Ps 5:9, deceitful Ps 109:2; 120:2-3; Prov 6:17, boastful Ps 140:11, flattering Prov 26:28, slanderous Ps 15:3, and subversive Prov 10:31. The "tongue" of the righteous man heals Prov 15:4. While the "tongue" may be as sharp as sword Ps 57:4, it is a means of giving life to the righteous and death to the wicked: "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof" Prov 18:21; cf. 21:23; 25:15.
~~~ So let us think before we speak. Are our words pleasing to God? Are they an encouragememt to others? Are they honoring our Spouses and children?

Lord, May I show the same mercy to others as you have shown to me....
